my question

is it possible to read in a debitor post and a document (pdf) so the document will be attached to the post, as if the document (invoice) was created in e-conomic, or read in with the scanning module. This of cource by using the API.

It sure is - RegisterPdfVoucher() is your friend:

Note that you must create the entry first - since RegisterPdfVoucher() creates the link to a specific existing voucher number.
