I got the below error When I tried to create a new order using Php SOAP.

Economic.Api.Exceptions.ValidationException(E04010): Argument 'debtor' cannot be null. {id=1243128176}

Please help me
How to create a new order?

I am developing a magento module for one of your clients and i am stuck at this error.
