Could you consider opening the API for the possibility to add new webhooks.

This way, a system using the webhooks, isn't dependent on the user having the requried "technical knowledge" in order to create a new webhook. I know from our (the developers) perspective, it seems pretty simple, but from a rookie user it could probably be a complicated matter.
