[CustomerAttention] does not work in email content


When I send an invoice I am including the dynamic field [CustomerAttention] in the email body but it is not replaced when I see the email in the inbox. The field works on the PDF of the invoice, but not in the email. Am I doing something wrong?

Any help is welcome.
