How to get only the data which has changed.

0
Hello
I would like to integrate Economic with a product of ours, but that require we synchronise data like Debtors and Items to our local database.

I could do this by using the GetAll methods, but since it is important to get changes made in Economic moved to our local system as soon as possible, I would like to run this synchronisation about every 5 minuts.
This would mean ALOT of  requests to the API, which would probably result in Economic closing our access.

Is there no way you can call the API with a changed data/time and only get what has been changed from that date/time and forward, to make it possible to make a decent synchronisation?

Thank.

Hi

For debtors you could either use webhooks or the API function Debtor_GetAllUpdated where you are able to get all debtors which are updated from a certain date. https://www.e-conomic.com/secure/api1/E ... AllUpdated

It is also possible to create webhooks for updated items and also a Product_GetAllUpdated (https://www.e-conomic.com/secure/api1/E ... AllUpdated).

Hope it helps

Thanks MicMac
That works just fine.

There is no methods for the same on units and employees but then ill just have to fetch em all on every synchronise, hope Economic is okay with that.
